Terms & Conditions

These terms cover bookings made with Deutrix through this site. Making a booking means you accept them. You can reach us at office@deutrix.com, 335 Marina Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513, USA.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us, not when the form is submitted. Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise, and the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Cancellations and changes

Our cancellation window and any refund or credit is shown on your booking confirmation. If we cancel — most often for weather or water conditions — you are offered another date or a full refund.

Weather and safety

We may change, shorten or cancel a trip when conditions make it unsafe. That call rests with the guide and it is final.

Your responsibilities

Arrive at the meeting point at the stated time, tell us in advance about any medical condition that affects your participation, and follow your guide's instructions during the trip. We may refuse participation, without refund, to anyone unfit to take part safely — including through alcohol or drugs.

Minimum age and fitness

Age and fitness requirements are listed with each trip. An adult must accompany any participant under 18.

Liability

Outdoor activities carry inherent risk, which you accept by taking part. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Photography

We sometimes photograph trips. Tell your guide if you would rather not appear and we will leave you out.
