What we collect

When you make a booking we collect the details you enter in the booking form — your name, email address, phone number, the date and party size for your trip, and anything you tell us in a notes field. Payments are handled by our booking provider; we never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, the browser you used) so we can keep the site working.

Why we use it

To take and confirm your booking, to contact you about your trip — including changes caused by weather or safety conditions — and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed operator.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to run your trip: our booking provider, our payment processor, and our own guides. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to hold them, then deleted. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email office@deutrix.com and we will action it.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to make booking work. Your browser settings can block them, though the booking form may then stop working.
