How do I book a tour?
Visit our Tours page, select the experience you want, and click "Book Now." You'll be guided through selecting your date, group size, and providing your details. We'll send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 7 days or more before your tour date. Between 3, 6 days, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations always receive a full refund or rescheduling.
What should I bring on my tour?
Each tour lists what's included and what to bring on its details page. Generally: wear closed-toe shoes for hiking, bring water and sunscreen, and check the weather. Our guides will remind you of specifics when you book.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 8 or more qualify for a 15% discount on most tours. Contact us directly at office@deutrix.com with your group size and preferred tour to get a custom quote.
